Player created quests in Everquest

From what I understand, the system isn't opened to everyone and players had access to dev tools? (or they just provided the ideas and it will be coded by developers?). Anyway, it doesn't seem to be integrated in the game.

Nice try Sony, but you're not quite there yet! :-P

Of course I'm just teasing (but who? anyone from the Everquest team reading this?!). I just think it's nice that this kind of features are appearing in big games.
